The pipe burst upstairs and water was coming through the ceiling into the hallway and one of the bedrooms. I called them and they came out the same day. They got the water out, pulled up the wet carpet, cut out the drywall that was soaked, and set fans up. Came back a couple times to check it until everything was dry, then patched the drywall and put the flooring back. The repair came out really good. You couldnt tell where they cut into the wall. Didnt drag it out either. House was usable again after that.
